This Privacy Policy describes how Burnmeetr ("the app", "we", "us") handles information when you use the Burnmeetr application for iOS. We have written this policy to be straightforward because there is very little to say: Burnmeetr does not collect, transmit, sell, or share your personal data.

Information We Collect

Burnmeetr does not collect any personal information. The app does not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or identify yourself in any way.

All data generated by your use of the app — including meeting records, session costs, duration history, and attendee configurations — is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's local storage framework. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.

Currency Exchange Rates

Burnmeetr fetches live currency exchange rates from a third-party service (frankfurter.app) to display meeting costs in your selected currency. This request contains no personal information — it is a standard HTTP request for publicly available financial data. No user data is sent to this service.

If your device is offline, the app uses built-in fallback rates and continues to function normally.

Analytics and Tracking

Burnmeetr contains no analytics, no tracking software, no advertising SDKs, and no crash reporting tools that transmit data off your device. We do not know how many people use the app, how long sessions last, or what features are used.

Third-Party Services

Beyond the currency exchange rate service described above, Burnmeetr does not integrate with any third-party services, platforms, or APIs. There are no social login providers, no cloud storage services, and no advertising networks.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your data with any third party because we do not have access to any of your data.

Data Retention and Deletion

Your meeting data is stored on your device and is under your control at all times. You can delete all data from within the app using the Reset function. Deleting the app from your device will also remove all associated data.

Children's Privacy

Burnmeetr is a general productivity application. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. As noted above, we do not collect information from anyone.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes in a future version of the app, the updated policy will be made available at this URL. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent update.
